Apple and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g oats
  • 150ml non-dairy milk
  • 1 small apple
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Halve the apple. Cut one half into thin slices and set a side. Chop the remaining half into small chunks.
  2. In a small pan, add the oats, non-dairy milk and chopped apple. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon. Serve topped with apple and a drizzle of almond butter.
