Apple and cinnamon porridge
Ingredients

- 50g oats
- 150ml non-dairy milk
- 1 small apple
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Directions
- Halve the apple. Cut one half into thin slices and set a side. Chop the remaining half into small chunks.
- In a small pan, add the oats, non-dairy milk and chopped apple. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the cinnamon. Serve topped with apple and a drizzle of almond butter.
