Banana boost smoothie bowl
Ingredients
serves 1
- ½ frozen banana, chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water
- 2 kiwi, sliced
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 50ml almond or soya milk
- 1 tbsp granola
Directions
- Blend the banana, 1 kiwi, chia seeds, almond butter, oats and almond milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining kiwi slices and granola.
