Banana boost smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • ½ frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water
  • 2 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 50ml almond or soya milk
  • 1 tbsp granola

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, 1 kiwi, chia seeds, almond butter, oats and almond milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining kiwi slices and granola.
