Berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 30g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 75ml soya milk
  • 2 tbsp granola

Directions

  1. Blend the berries, peanut butter, oats, cinnamon and soya milk until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top with granola.
