Berry smoothie bowl
Ingredients
serves 1
- 30g mixed frozen berries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp oats
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 75ml soya milk
- 2 tbsp granola
Directions
- Blend the berries, peanut butter, oats, cinnamon and soya milk until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top with granola.
