Berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 30g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 75ml soya milk
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1 hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Blend the berries, almond butter, oats, cinnamon and soya milk until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top with strawberries, granola and hemp seeds.
