Blackberry and banana smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 50g frozen blackberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 50ml soya milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Directions

  1. Blend the blackberries, half the banana, half a tbsp peanut butter, oats and soya milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining banana, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of the remaining peanut butter.
