Blackberry and banana smoothie bowl
Ingredients
serves 1
- ½ banana, sliced
- 50g frozen blackberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 50ml soya milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Blend the blackberries, half the banana, half a tbsp peanut butter, oats and soya milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining banana, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of the remaining peanut butter.
