Blueberry and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 150ml non-dairy milk
  • 50g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Add the oats, milk and blueberries to the pan and cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently until the juices start to release. Stir in the cinnamon.
  2. Serve topped with a swirl of almond butter and more blueberries.
