Blueberry crunch smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • ½ frozen banana, sliced
  • 25g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 50ml soya milk
  • 2 tbsp spelt flakes
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds, such as hemp and chia

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, blueberries, peanut butter, oats and soya milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with spelt flakes and seeds.
