Blueberry crunch smoothie bowl

Ingredients
serves 1
- ½ frozen banana, sliced
- 25g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 50ml soya milk
- 2 tbsp spelt flakes
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds, such as hemp and chia
Directions
- Blend the banana, blueberries, peanut butter, oats and soya milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with spelt flakes and seeds.
