Blueberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • ½ frozen banana, chopped
  • 25g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 tbsp granola

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, blueberries, peanut butter, oats, cinnamon and almond milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with kiwi and granola.
