Cherry and chocolate pearl barley porridge

Ingredients

  • 120g pearl barley, cooked
  • 100ml nom-dairy milk
  • 50g cherries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate hazelnut butter

Directions

  1. Add the pearl barley, milk and cherries to a pan and cook for 5-10 minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently until the juices start to release. Stir in the cinnamon.
  2. Serve topped with a swirl of chocolate hazelnut butter.
