Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 50g oats
  • 220ml almond milk

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
