Mashed peas on toast

Ingredients
serves 1
- 100g peas, cooked
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Small handful fresh mint, finely chopped
- Small handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch sea salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to small bowl and mash until a chunky paste forms. Serve on toasted bread.
