Mashed peas on toast

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 100g peas, cooked
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Small handful fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Small handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch sea salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to small bowl and mash until a chunky paste forms. Serve on toasted bread.
