Strawberry and kiwi smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 50g strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 75ml soya milk
  • 1 tbsp granola

Directions

  1. Set aside a few slices of strawberry and kiwi for the topping. Blend the remaining strawberries, kiwi, almond butter, oats, lime juice and soya milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with strawberry, kiwi and granola.
