Ingredients

serves 2
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and grated
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp high quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the carrots followed by the salt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mix well.
