Edamame salad with miso dressing
Ingredients
serves 2
- 150g edamame
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 80g red cabbage, shredded
- 2 servings miso salad dressing (see recipe)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Add the dressing and toss together.
- Serve topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
