Sesame, ginger and lime stir fry sauce
Ingredients

- 4 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp honey or hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated, or 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp chilli powder, optional
- 125ml water
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Directions
- In a small jug, mix all the ingredients together except the cornflour, sesame seeds and coriander. Stir in the cornflour until dissolved.
- Add to the stir fry and cook on a medium-high heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in the coriander and sesame seeds, with extra for garnish.
