Peanut butter coconut bites
Ingredients
makes 16-20
- 85g oats
- 40g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 125g crunchy peanut butter
- Drizzle of honey
- 2 tbsp water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Gradually add the water and mix until a cookie dough consistency forms.
- Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking tray or container. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze them for longer.
