Banana chocolate hazelnut muffins
Ingredients

- 2 overripe bananas
- 80ml vegetable oil
- 75g soft brown sugar
- 100ml non-dairy milk
- 225g self-raising flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 6 tsp chocolate hazelnut spread
Directions
- Heat oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tin with cases.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then add the oil, milk and sugar and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon into the muffin cases to fill each one halfway. Spoon ½ tsp chocolate hazelnut spread into the centre of each muffin. Cover with the remaining mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
