Biscuit icing

Ingredients

20-30 biscuits

• 120g icing sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp soya milk

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Add more milk as needed, but keeping a fairly thick consistency. Add a drop of food colouring if desired.
2. Decorate the cookies and allow to set before serving.
