Chocolate banana bread buns

Ingredients
makes 9-10 buns
- 230g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 60g brown sugar
- 80g chocolate, chopped
- 4 tbsp soya milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare a large baking tray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana. Add the sugar and soya milk and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms. Add a few more tbsp milk as needed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon a tbsp of dough onto the tray and flatten slightly. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden.
