Chocolate banana peanut butter pudding

Ingredients

serves 4
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 45g salted peanut butter
  • 40ml maple syrup, honey or 6 dates, chopped
  • 20ml non-dairy milk (50ml if using dates)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
  2. Divide between small serving glasses, cover and chill for a few hours before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
