Chocolate banana peanut butter pudding
Ingredients
serves 4
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 30g cocoa powder
- 45g salted peanut butter
- 40ml maple syrup, honey or 6 dates, chopped
- 20ml non-dairy milk (50ml if using dates)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
- Divide between small serving glasses, cover and chill for a few hours before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
