Chocolate chip oat cookies
Ingredients

- 100g vegan butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g plain flour
- 80g wholemeal plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 50g jumbo oats
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 80g chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the oats.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix. Add the almond milk and mix well until the dough comes together. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out equal amounts of dough onto the tray and press down slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
