Chocolate frosting
Ingredients
1 cake or 12 muffins
- 150g vegan butter
- 100g icing sugar, sieved
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons soya or almond milk (if needed)
Directions
- Using a mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Blend until whipped and creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk, as needed, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Spread or pipe on top of the cake, and add your favourite toppings to decorate.
