Chocolate ganache
Ingredients
makes 2 layers
- 90g vegan butter
- 180g dark chocolate
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water, then stir in the butter and vanilla.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for 10 minutes, or until the ganache is spreadable but not completely set before decorating your cake.
