Chocolate ganache

Ingredients

makes 2 layers
  • 90g vegan butter
  • 180g dark chocolate
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water, then stir in the butter and vanilla.
  2. Leave to cool in the fridge for 10 minutes, or until the ganache is spreadable but not completely set before decorating your cake.
