Chocolate icing

Ingredients

serves 2 layer cake
  • 230g vegan butter
  • 420g icing sugar
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) soya milk
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Blend until whipped and creamy. Add the milk as needed, until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Spread or pipe on top of the cake, and add your favourite toppings to decorate.
