Chocolate icing
Ingredients
serves 2 layer cake
- 230g vegan butter
- 420g icing sugar
- 40g cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp (45ml) soya milk
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Blend until whipped and creamy. Add the milk as needed, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Spread or pipe on top of the cake, and add your favourite toppings to decorate.
