Chocolate mousse
Ingredients
serves 4
- Aquafaba from 1 400g can chickpeas
- 85g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat the aquafaba with a mixer until stiff peaks form (about 10 minutes). Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat. Allow the melted chocolate to cool a little.
- Gently fold in the chocolate and vanilla. Divide between 4 glasses and refridgerate overnight.
