Chocolate mug cake
Ingredients
makes 1
- 2 tbsp self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp non-dairy milk
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and baking powder to a mug. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the oil, non-dairy milk and vanilla and mix well. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Cook in the microwave for 2-4 mins, until no longer gooey in the centre. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
